Jamie Dornan tried stalking a woman to get into character for The Fall

Jamie Dornan tried stalking a woman to get into character for The Fall

News just in: celebrities do the creepiest things and try to justify it for their ‘craft’. Catchup News learns today that Jamie Dornan has revealed he once followed a woman off the Tube to prepare for his role as a psychopath in crime drama The Fall. Oh as long as it was only pretend stalking. What’s the harm in that? Because it’s stalking, so it’s not real stalking, so the woman may have been petrified, but she wasn’t real petrified. Glad we cleared that one up.

The 50 Shades actor told the LA Times that the incident happened when he was attempting to get inside the mind of his murderous character Paul Spector. Said Dornan, “I, like, followed a woman off the train one day to see what it felt like to pursue someone like that. I really kept my distance, and I was aware - it was kind of half hearted... I followed her around a couple of street corners and then I was like ‘what are you doing?’ It felt kind of exciting, in a really dirty way. I’m sort of not proud of myself. But I do honestly think I learned something from it, because I’ve obviously never done any of that. It was intriguing and interesting to enter that process of ‘what are you following her for?’ and ‘what are you trying to find out?’ It was interesting.” Sounds very interesting.

Prison also sounds interesting if you’re up for trying that Jamie. We’ve acted oblivious a lot lately in defence of your handsomeness. 50 Shades we could deal with. Stalking people? Bye Jamie. More from Catchup News next.
