January Jones shares sizzling holiday snaps on Instagram

She earned her pin-up status after starring as Betty Draper in hit series Mad Men.

And January Jones proved her reputation as a blonde bombshell on Sunday as she shared two sizzling bikini snaps to her Instagram page.

The actress, 39, set pulses racing as she slipped her figure into a retro pink two-piece, and smouldered for the camera.

Clearly enjoying some time away, the X-Men star looked completely relaxed as she soaked up the sun in her hot pink bikini.

The retro swimwear plunged into a wide scooped neck, to tease at her ample cleavage, while the bottoms rose all the way to her slim waist in their classically glamorous cut.

Making the look more playful, both garments were then adorned with chunky buttons all over, to maintain the vintage feel throughout.

First soaking up the sun in a smouldering selfie, January later shared a more playful shot of her sticking her tongue out with her back to the camera - to flash her peachy derriere to all.

Proving her chic sense of style from head to toe, the beauty accessorised with a wide fedora hat and oversized shades.

January is best known for her role as Betty Draper in Mad Men, which she departed in 2015 when the final episode aired.

The blonde recently took to Instagram to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the series - which is still hugely popular today.

Capting a shot of a housecoat-clad Betty is seen lingering behind her reflective husband, she wrote nostalgically: 'I can't believe it's been 10! years since Mad Men premiered on AMC and changed tv forever! #myfirstscene'

Mad Men won numerous accolades and awards, and made international stars of January as well as Jon Hamm, Christina Hendricks and Elisabeth Moss.

However, January has been slowing down her acting career in recent years, as she focuses on her five-year-old son Xander.

The blonde gave birth to her little boy back in 2011, but has remained tight-lipped regarding who the father is ever since.

Yet, the star admitted in February that she has 'no regrets' about raising her son alone, as she wants him to learn to appreciate and respect 'strong' women.

Speaking to Red magazine, January explained: 'I don't believe in regret. I just try to be a better person. Try to be a better mom.'

She continued: 'It's good to have strong women around a man, to teach him to respect women. He doesn't have a male person in his life saying 'don't cry' or 'you throw like a girl'. All those s***ty things dads accidentally do.'

Affirming she was more than comfortable with her independence, she added: 'I just don’t feel I need a partner. Do I want one? Maybe. But I don’t feel unhappy or lonely.'
