Jose Mourinho launches an attack on Sky Sports, in the Sky Sports Studio

Catchup News was amused to hear today that Jose Mourinho made a surprise appearance on Sky Sports recently and didn't hold back at the studio despite having made a personal request to be there. The Chelsea manager was determined to express his views following his side's 1-1 draw with Burnley on Saturday, so much so he made sure scheduled guest James Beattie was bumped so that he could appear on Goals on Sunday.

He stressed that a number of decisions went against his team at Stamford Bridge - most notably the incident involving a horrendous challenge by Ashley Barnes that went unpunished and triggered a red card for Nemanja Matic when the Chelsea midfielder responded angrily.

This is all going a bit Kanye isn’t it? Mourinho described the challenge as “criminal" and questioned the decision of the referee, suggesting Sky Sports had been impartial with their coverage of Diego Costa's recent incident in which the Chelsea striker stood on Emre Can. Said Mourinho, “Imma let you finish but that was the worst challenge of all time.” More from Catchup News tomorrow!
